 Anticala Tribal Council of Elders and Leaders Association Inc (ATRICELAI) is located at the Tribal Hall, Office of the Tribal Chieftain Situated at Purok 4 Iyao, Barangay Anticala Butuan City. 

We are composed of 3 different Barangays:

1. Anticala

2. Bugsukan

3. Pianing

We are a loving community of the Manobo tribe. We call our Ancestral Domain, CADT135 or Certificate of Ancestral Domain Title 135, which was issued/approved on the 23rd of September 2009.

• ADSDPP CADT135 •

The Ancestral Domain Sustainable Development and Protection Plan or ADSDPP describes the total physical and spatial environment of the Manobos of CADT 135. It also contributes their economic, social, political conditions and aspirations, and serves as basis of convergence efforts of the government and other development entities.

It presents information that is primarily based on a particular and of the different sectors within the area. The data from the barangays are used in the case where information from every sector is not available.

The main components of the plan are the Ancestral Domain Data Base, The Community Situationer, Cultural Heritage / Indigenous Knowledge Systems and Practices (IKSP), Inventory of Basic Services and Development Projects, Development Needs, and Protection and implementation Policies and Mechanisms.

The Ancestral Domain Database presents the history of the Ancestral Domain as accounted by the indigenous people in the area and based on available documents. It also covers the

Situation of the Ancestral Domain which specifically presents the Geographiçal Location and General Conditions, Land Resource Use, Land Use and Water Characteristics, Environmental and Ecological Condition, Endangered Resources (Flora and Fauna), Environmentally Critical Areas, Description of Our Customary Laws and Practices and Our Indigenous Knowledge of Developing and Protecting Our Domain, Description of Present Physical and Spatial Condition of Ancestral Domain with due reference to past conditions.

The Community Situationer mainly covers Demographic Information and the Social Condition, Economic Situation, Education, Religion, and Social Political Systems. The Demographic Information includes the Age and Sex Distribution in CADT Area, Ethnic Groups, Dialect Spoken and Average income, Non-Ethnic Group in CADT Area.

On the other hand, the Social Condition covers Health, Facilities and Services, Mortality cases, Morbidity Cases, Number of Immunized Children, Predominant (Top 5) Diseases, Nutritional Status of 0-5 years old by Sector, Major Causes of Infant Mortality, Health Insurance Beneficiaries, Number of Households by Type of Toilet Facility by Sector, Source of Water and Distance of Water Source. 

Likewise, the Economic Situation covers Agriculture and Commerce to include Yield and Value of Crops and Trees produced, Poultry, Livestock and Draft Animal Production, Other Source of Livelihood and Employment, Other Economic Resources within AD/AL/CADT area Also, the Cultural Heritage / Indigenous Knowledge Systems and Practices (IKSP) present Indigenous Traditional Political Structure, General Customary Laws on Governance, Leadership Systems and Arts.
